Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare for Pickup

Ensure the sauna is disassembled and securely repacked in its original crates or packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule Freight Collection

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your property.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
